Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement therapy plans for students.
- Assist students in developing fine motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions in classroom and therapy settings.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Adapt therapy activities to meet individual student needs and learning goals.
Requirements:
- Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active COTA license in New York (or eligibility to obtain).
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus!
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
